Good eats

I have been feasting on more delicious Korean food lately. I am really enjoying incorporating it into my diet on a regular basis instead of only eating it on special occasions. Here are a few more of my cooking experiments gone terribly well.

This is some tofu, the mixed grains and rice, and the zucchini sauté. I have definitely developed an affection for tofu. It is so tasty. Plus, it’s good for you! I wish it had a better, more appetizing name.

And here is my latest obsession (addiction): ginger treats. It’s just blanched ginger cooked in a syrup of water, sugar and salt and coated with sugar. It’s a little spicy, sweet, and just the right amount of salty to bring the flavors together. Yum!

    You are really developing a flair for cooking! Combined with your artistic eye, your plates are very appealing!
